SX‑70 film is ISO 160. Today’s 600 film is ISO 640.

The filter sits on the film cartridge, not the camera — so nothing is modified and nothing is permanent. Position it with the cut corners at the top, slide the left and right tabs under, tape the top and bottom, and load. It peels off and goes on the next pack.

Polaroid’s own Duochrome film is a limited edition — hard to track down, and only ever available in very few colors. Ours are photo studio grade gels that drop onto any pack of 600 film, so you get nine looks without chasing a special release or filling your fridge with single‑color packs.
One thing to remember
Any color filter costs you a little light, so this is the one product where you turn the exposure dial towards brighter — the opposite of the ND filters. Darker colors like Dark Blue and Magenta want bright daylight or a flash.
